REASON 97: President Obama cut taxes for almost all working Americans.

During the campaign in 2008, President Obama called for families making over $250,000 a year to return to the income tax rate of 39.6 percent (the tax rate in the '90s). He kept his promise. With his stimulus program in February 2009, President Obama delivered tax relief for 95 percent of working families. This was the largest two-year tax cut in American history.
